Autism is what some are born with
Can be hard to make spirits lift
To be it can be a blessing
Not a burden but a gift
Yes it makes it difficult
To socialize and interact
Still you can live a life
We have feelings, thats a fact
It manifests in different ways\
Either mild or severe
Shouldn’t have to hide it
No need to live in fear
Some are affected more than others
Telling about it can be hard to share
It doesn’t mean you’re not human
We can still show a lot of care
We can still fight for acceptance
Keep trying it will go far
Let’s not be afraid
To share who we really are
